Payment and Refund –

All payments at Webkeeper are accepted through standard modes as set by our company.

Payment Instalments:

We offer flexibility in payments with two options:

Two Instalments:

  • 50% in advance
  • Remaining 50% upon project completion

Three Instalments:

  • 30% in advance
  • 30% midway through the project
  • Remaining 40% upon project completion

Refund Policy:

  • At Webkeeper, we prioritize client satisfaction, and our process involves continuous client approval. Therefore, we do not provide any full or partial refunds.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it undergoes immediate processing. Changes in personal preferences during the project do not warrant a refund or chargeback.
  • In rare cases, if Webkeeper decides to refund, a 48-hour window is allocated for the shift of the site, domain, etc. Necessary credentials for FTP/Domain will be provided for a smooth transition.

Important Note:

  • All payments should be made in favour of “Webkeeper” only.
  • We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name.
  • Webkeeper will not be liable for any transactions with fraudulent individuals or organizations.
  • Content and login information provided post-refund are solely the responsibility of the client.
